Returns & Exchanges

1. Return and Exchange Period

  • You may apply for a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the product.

  • Returns or exchanges due to quality issues have no time limitation (a valid proof is required).


2. Conditions for Return and Exchange

Acceptable cases for return or exchange:

  • The product is unused, without stains, wear, or damage, and the original tags and packaging are intact.

  • The product has quality issues (such as damaged zippers, loose stitching, fabric defects, etc.).

  • The wrong model, color, or incorrect quantity was shipped.

Cases not eligible for return or exchange:

  • The product has been used, washed, or is damaged due to personal mishandling (e.g., scratches, discoloration).

  • Damage caused by abnormal use (e.g., overloading, contact with sharp objects).

  • The return or exchange period has expired (except for quality issues).


3. Return and Exchange Process

  1. Contact Customer Service:

    • Send an email to hello@cinomadist.com with your order number, reason for return or exchange, and photo evidence (if it is a quality issue).

  2. Review and Confirmation:

    • We will respond within 48 hours to confirm whether the return or exchange request is approved.

  3. Ship Back the Product:

    • Place the product in its original packaging (or an equivalent protective package), include the return form (with the order number indicated), and send it to the specified address.

    • It is recommended to use a trackable courier service and keep the tracking number.


4. Refund and Exchange Processing

  • Refunds:

    • After the returned product is inspected and accepted, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

    • Shipping fees are borne by the buyer (except in cases of quality issues or if we shipped the wrong product).

  • Exchanges:

    • After confirming the product issue, we will send a new product of the same model free of charge (if stock is insufficient, other options such as exchanging for a different style or a refund can be discussed).


5. Warranty Service

  • We do not offer a warranty service; however, all backpacks enjoy one free replacement per year for the following quality issues:

    • Zipper malfunction, loose stitching, broken metal parts, or fabric separation, etc., provided the damage is not due to human error.

  • A proof of purchase (electronic order or invoice) is required for the replacement.
