At Cinomadist, we are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand our processing and delivery procedures.
1. Shipment Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- High Volume: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with premium logistics providers (including FedEx and 4PX) to ensure the best service. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.
Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over USD $129 (excluding certain remote areas).
Estimated Delivery Times:
Delivery time does not include the 1-3 day processing period.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, extreme weather, or local postal service issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will generally be active within 24-48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Cinomadist is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, we will refund the order amount minus the shipping costs incurred.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Damaged: Please contact us immediately at hello@cinomadist.com with photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
- Lost: If the tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, please contact us so we can launch an investigation with the carrier.
6. Incorrect Addresses & Refusals
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for the re-shipping cost.
- Refusals: If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us.
