We build our gear to accompany you on every journey, from daily commutes to global adventures. We stand behind the quality of our products with a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty guarantees that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the practical lifespan of the product.
Defining "Lifetime"
The term "Lifetime" refers to the reasonable expected lifespan of the product in its intended use, not the lifetime of the user. While we use durable materials, all fabrics and components eventually wear out over time.
What IS Covered
Our warranty covers defects that are present at the time of purchase or result from manufacturing errors, including:

Zipper Malfunction: Slider failure, teeth separation, or zipper pull breakage not caused by overstuffing.

Structural Failures: Seams that unravel or stitching that breaks without external trauma.

Fabric Defects: Delamination of fabric layers or coating peeling (within the first 12 months).

Hardware Failure: Buckles, clips, or adjusters that break or malfunction under normal use.

Handle/Strap Detachment: Shoulder straps or handles separating from the bag body.
What is NOT Covered
This warranty does not cover damages caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use.
Specific Exclusions:

Normal Wear & Tear: Scratches, scuffs, dents, stains, pilling, or color fading due to UV exposure or washing.

Material Aging: The gradual loss of water-repellency (DWR) or the natural breakdown of waterproof coatings (PU/TPU) after extended use is considered a characteristic of the material, not a defect.

Misuse & Overloading: Zipper blowouts or seam tears caused by overstuffing the bag or forcing zippers closed.

Accidental Damage: Rips, cuts, burns, or punctures from sharp objects, animals, or heat sources.

Improper Care: Damage caused by machine washing, tumble drying, or the use of harsh chemicals/solvents.

Third-Party Damage: Damage occurring during air travel or transit (e.g., crushed buckles, torn straps). These claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
⚠️ Important Liability Disclaimer: This warranty covers the bag only. We are not responsible for direct, incidental, or consequential damages to any contents inside the bag, including but not limited to laptops, cameras, phones, or other electronic devices, even if the damage results from a defect in the bag (e.g., water ingress).
How to Make a Claim
As a global brand, we aim to minimize your wait time and carbon footprint. You generally do not need to ship your bag back to us for repair.

Assessment: Our team will evaluate your claim within 2-3 business days.

Resolution: If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

Ship a specific spare part (for easy DIY fixes).

Send a brand-new replacement product.

Provide a store credit if the specific model is out of stock or discontinued.

Shipping & Handling: While the replacement product is free, customers are responsible for a flat shipping and processing fee (standard rates apply based on your region) to cover logistics.
