How long will it take for my order to arrive at my doorstep?
We know you're eager to gear up for your next trip! Most domestic orders within the US are delivered within 5 to 8 business days via standard shipping. International shipping times vary by destination but typically range from 7 to 21 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
Does Cinomadist cover international customs duties and taxes?
For our international community, please be aware that shipping costs paid at checkout cover the transportation of your gear only. Any import duties, VAT, or local taxes are determined by your destination country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs bureau for estimated costs before placing an order to avoid any surprises.
Can I return my backpack if it doesn't fit my travel style?
Absolutely. We offer a 30-day "hassle-free" return window. To qualify for a refund, the item must be in its original, brand-new condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Please note that for "change of mind" returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
What should I do if my gear arrives damaged?
While we take extreme care in packaging, accidents during transit can happen. If your item arrives with any visible damage or defects, please contact our support team at hello@cinomadist.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include high-resolution photos of the damage and your order number, and we will prioritize a replacement for you immediately.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $129. For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location. International shipping fees vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to get your gear to you as fast as possible. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at hello@cinomadist.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been picked, packed, or shipped, we are unable to make modifications. In that case, you're welcome to use our 30-day return window once your order arrives.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package in real time. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at hello@cinomadist.com and we'll look into it right away.

What constitutes a "manufacturing defect" under your warranty?
Our lifetime warranty is designed to protect you against any failures in craftsmanship. This includes issues like broken zippers, seams coming apart at stress points, or hardware failure under normal use. However, it does not cover "aesthetic wear and tear" — such as minor scratches on fabric or natural fading — nor does it cover damage caused by airline mishandling or accidents. We stand by our quality, so if your gear fails due to a factory error, we've got you covered.
Is the Cinomadist backpack waterproof or just water-resistant?
Our gear is built to handle the elements. We use high-performance fabrics treated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) coating and weather-resistant zippers to keep your tech safe from splashes and light to moderate rain. While highly water-resistant, our bags are not "submersible." For heavy tropical downpours, we recommend using a dedicated rain cover to ensure total dryness for your electronics.
Will the Everyday Backpack fit as a "Personal Item" on most airlines?
Yes, we designed our Everyday Backpack with modern travel regulations in mind. It fits comfortably under the seat on most major carriers and meets the "Personal Item" size requirements for airlines like Delta, United, and American Airlines. How should I clean and maintain my Cinomadist gear?
